KYOROKUJO-YAKI

巨鹿城焼

きょろくじょうやき

"巨" means very large.

"鹿" means a deer.

"城" means a catsle.

"焼" means baking.

"Kyorokujo" is an alias of Ogaki Castle, which means it is large and splendid.

”KYOROKUJO-YAKI” is a pottery that was burned in Ogaki castle in the late Edo period.

We studied how to make it and revived it.

We sell it as a souvenir at Ogaki Castle and the museum.

The artwork you made cannot be brought back on the day. The artwork you made will be delivered by mail in 2-3 months. Please pay the shipping fee separately in cash. Or you can take home the "KYOROKUJO-YAKI” we have already made, instead of the artwork you made.
